Implementation, from first workshop to go-live
An Odoo implementation is not a software install. It is a business-change project where the software happens to be Odoo. We run it like one.
What’s in a typical implementation
- Discovery — workshops per functional area. We model your process on Odoo’s primitives and show you the shape of it before you commit to a scope.
- Scope sign-off — in writing, with the configuration backlog, the customization backlog, and the data-migration plan all on the table.
- Configuration and customization — in sprints. You see working software after each sprint.
- Data migration — we load your legacy data into the new system. At least two full rehearsals before go-live.
- Training — end users, admins, and power users. Delivered on the real system, with your data.
- Go-live — a scheduled cutover, parallel running if your risk tolerance requires it, hypercare after.
- Warranty — typically 30 days after go-live of priority response for defects. Everything after is on a support plan.

How do you handle data migration from the legacy system? +
As a first-class workstream. We treat your legacy export as the source of truth, map every field, and run at least two full load rehearsals before go-live.
