Where are you based? +

Cairo, Egypt. We deliver remotely globally, with on-site work available for implementations and training in the MENA region and on request further afield.

What languages do you work in? +

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, and Simplified Chinese. Delivery languages depend on the engagement; sales can be conducted in any of these.

What are your business hours? +

Sunday through Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Cairo time (GMT+2). Support engagements honor their own SLA hours.

How do quotes work? +

Start in the estimator to tell us the project shape. We follow up with a discovery call to validate assumptions, then send a proposal with scope, assumptions, and price. See the pricing page for the process.

What payment terms do you offer? +

Fixed-price: 50% kickoff, 50% on go-live. T&M: weekly or bi-weekly invoicing. Retainer: monthly. All invoices net-15.

Which currencies do you accept? +

USD by default. EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, EGP on request. Crypto (USDC) by arrangement.

Metodologia

How long does a typical Odoo migration take? +

3–6 weeks for small, standard cases. 6–12 weeks for mid-sized or customized. 12+ weeks for complex or enterprise. Timeline is part of the proposal, not a guess.

What do you need from us to start? +

Scope, a technical point of contact, sign-off authority, and access to the systems we'll be working on. For migrations: a recent production backup or replica access.

Do you work in sprints? +

Yes. 1–2 week sprints with reviews at the end of each. You see working software every sprint.

Tecnica

Which Odoo versions do you support? +

6.0 through the latest stable release, both Community and Enterprise. Older versions often require an intermediate hop on the way to a modern target.

Do you work with Odoo Studio customizations? +

Yes. Studio is fine for shallow customization. We migrate Studio configurations and know when to rewrite them as custom modules.

Do you build on non-Odoo stacks? +

Yes — see our development and business-solutions services. We are multi-stack by design.

Sicurezza dei dati

How do you protect our data during a migration? +

Test migrations run on isolated environments. Every data transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). Temporary storage is encrypted at rest. We retain migration data for 30 days after cutover then securely delete.

Will you sign an NDA? +

Yes, as a default. Every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA before discovery starts.

What about GDPR? +

We act as processor in line with GDPR Article 28. Our DPA is downloadable from the legal section. Sub-processors are listed and updated.

Post-migrazione

What is hypercare? +

Two weeks of priority response after go-live. Daily syncs, fast turnarounds on issues, no new feature work — just making sure the system is stable on your real usage.

Do you offer support after hypercare? +

Yes, on a support plan. Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum tiers with defined SLAs. See the support service page.

What happens if something breaks after you leave? +

If you have a support plan, we respond within your SLA. Without one, you have the documentation and we are reachable on a T&M basis. Nothing is locked to us.
