Who we are

ProjoMania is a technology services company registered in Egypt. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy-related request.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, job role, and the content of messages you send us through the contact form, the estimator, a newsletter signup, or direct email.
  • Technical information: IP address (anonymized), device and browser, pages viewed and referrer, all via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible / Cloudflare). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Cookies: strictly necessary (language preference, theme preference, consent state). Analytics cookies only if you opt in on the consent banner.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or deliver services you have engaged us for.
  • To send marketing emails only if you have subscribed. One-click unsubscribe is in every email.
  • To improve the site (aggregate, anonymized usage statistics).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Consent (marketing emails, analytics cookies), contract (service delivery), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, protecting the site against abuse).

Who we share with

Our processors, listed in the DPA: Resend (email), Sanity (CMS), Cal.com (booking), Vercel / Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Plausible (analytics), WhatsApp (only if you initiate). Every processor is GDPR-compliant and under a written DPA.

International transfers

Some processors are based outside the EU. Where relevant, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Retention

  • Enquiry records: 24 months.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics: 12 months, anonymized.
  • Service delivery records: per contract, typically 6 years for invoicing.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes are communicated via the banner; last-updated date below and in the sidebar.
